DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Shipping in the Netherlands is free from 29/04/2020.
Shipping in Belgium and Germany is free for orders above €100. Orders below €100 ship for €5.
Shipping to other countries within the EU is free for orders above €150. Orders below €150 ship for €8.
Shipping to non-EU countries is free for orders above €250. Orders below €250 ship for €20.
Due to Brexit for the moment deliveries to the United Kingdom and Ireland will currently take longer than usual – up to 5 to 8 days – due to delays at the border between the EU and Great Britain. Our apologies.
All items are delivered within 3-8 working days after order placement. Deliveries are made with DHL, DPD or PostNL. See further details below. Refunds can be made within 14 days of receipt of goods purchased and on proof of purchase. See further details below.
Your package will be delivered within 3-8 working days after you place an order. We try to ship as fast as possible. We ship our packages with DHL, DPD or PostNL and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. Alternatively the carrier will try 2 more times to deliver the package. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
We hope you are very happy with your item, but if you for any reason you decide not to keep it, here is what to do:
- Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know about your return.
- You may return unused articles within 14 days of receipt.
- Goods must be returned undamaged, unused and with their labels attached.
- To return your order, please use the original compostable bag (we try to keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much you can). Please be sure that the parcel is taped securely.
- Send the package to the following address:

- Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. Please remember to ask for a proof of postage, so that you can claim back the value of any lost items to the transporter, should anything go wrong in the delivery process.
- Upon receipt of the returned articles, we will process the return and you will receive a return confirmation email from us, provided that all conditions in (3) are met. You can expect to receive a refund within three weeks of this return confirmation. If you haven’t received an email within 14 days after sending your return back to us, please contact us for further information.
